Central Bank of India MasterCard Gift Card Terms and Conditions
The Central Bank of India MasterCard Gift Card (‘Card’) is issued to you by Central Bank of India (‘Bank’). In these conditions (‘you’) are the Card purchaser or user.
enStage Software Private Limited (‘enStage’), as our authorised representative has developed and promoted the card in conjunction with Central Bank of India. If you acquire the Card you will have a contract with the Central Bank of India.
- By signing the back of the Card, or by using the Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Card must be signed before use. You must give these conditions to the user of the Card if that is not you. The Card remains the Bank’s property
- The Card is a MasterCard Prepaid card that can be used for purchase of goods and services where MasterCard Prepaid cards are accepted for electronic transactions (excluding transactions at ATMs). The Card is not a credit card and nor is it linked to a deposit account with the Bank. Some merchants may choose not to accept MasterCard Prepaid cards
- The Card cannot be used on any ATM for any transaction. All transactions on ATM will be rejected. Charges may be levied for any transaction attempted on ATMs
- Card activation will happen automatically (usually within 24 hours of Card purchase) for cards purchased from a branch of the Bank. Cards purchased via other methods may need to be activated at www.centprepaid.cardbranch.com (‘Website’) or by calling a Card Activation number as mentioned in the Welcome Kit
- The Card cannot be used to make transactions that exceed the available balance. For such a transaction, you need to pay the difference by another method if the merchant agrees
- The Card is not reloadable. It is valid until the expiry date shown on the front of the Card and cannot be used after expiry. At expiry, the remaining available balance will be forfeited. The Bank will provide a notice before this happens
- The Card cannot be used to obtain or redeem cash and cannot be used for making direct debit, recurring, or regular instalment payments. Authorisations may be declined at some merchants (such as gambling merchants)
- The Card is not like cash and cannot be replaced if misused, lost, stolen, or damaged. You are responsible for all transactions on the Card. If you notice any error relating to the Card, you should notify Cardholder Services immediately on 1800 102 2368 or write to us at [email protected] or contact at the Website
- If you have a problem with a purchase made with the card, or a dispute with a merchant, you must deal directly with the merchant involved. If you cannot resolve the dispute with the merchant, you can contact enStage at the Website or Cardholder Services at 1800 102 2368
- The Bank may restrict or stop the use of the Card if suspicious activities are noticed
- Any refunds on Card transactions are subject to the policy of the specific merchant. Refunds may be in the form of a credit to the Card, cash refund or in-store credit. If the Card expires or is revoked before you have spent any funds resulting from a refund (whether or not the original transaction being refunded was made using the Card) then you will have no access to those funds
- You are responsible for checking your transaction history online and knowing your available balance. You can check your balance at the Website (free of charge), or by phoning Cardholder Services on 1800 102 2368
- If you have a query about the Card, you should contact enStage at the Website (free of charge) or by phoning Cardholder Services on 1800 102 2368
- Information will be disclosed to third parties about the Card, or transactions made with the Card, whenever allowed by law, required by law, and also where necessary to operate the Card and process transactions. A full privacy policy can be viewed at the Website
- The Bank reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always appear at the website
Central Bank of India MasterCard Travel Card Terms & Conditions
The Central Bank of India MasterCard Travel Card (‘card’) issued by the Central Bank of India (‘Bank’), to you (‘Cardholder’) for carrying out Cash withdrawal, Balance enquiry and other permitted transactions through ‘Automated Teller Machines’ (ATMs) and at POS terminals installed by Banks displaying logo of MasterCard.
enStage Software Private Limited (‘enStage’), as our authorised representative has developed and promoted the card in conjunction with Central Bank of India. By purchasing the card you enter an agreement with Central Bank of India.
- ‘Merchant Establishments’ shall mean establishment in countries other than India, Nepal and Bhutan, wherever located which honour and accept MasterCard.
- ‘ATM’ means an Automated Teller Machines/ cash dispenser installed outside India, Nepal and Bhutan displaying MasterCard logos for effecting cash withdrawals, at which, the Card may be used for the purpose of withdrawing cash from the card.
- ‘POS Terminal’ shall mean point of sale electronic terminals at Merchant Establishments overseas (other than India, Nepal & Bhutan), capable of processing Transactions and at which, amongst other things, the Cardholder can use the Travel Funds to make purchases.
- ‘PIN’ means the Personal Identification Number as provided to the Cardholder by Bank, for use with and in relation to the Card.
- ‘Transactions’ shall include cash withdrawals from the ATMs and / or purchases made at the Merchant Establishments through the use of the Card.
- “Travel Funds” means the amount of United States Dollars purchased by the Cardholder and loaded onto the Card by Bank in respect of which the Card has been issued and any additional amount denominated in United States Dollars that may subsequently be purchased by the Cardholder and loaded onto the Card (not including any sales commission or fees paid to the Bank), less any amounts debited from the Card pursuant to any Transaction and these Terms and Conditions.
USE OF THE CARD:
- The Card may be used to access Travel Funds at any ATM worldwide which accepts such Cards, except in India, Nepal and Bhutan.
- The Card enables the Cardholder to obtain the Travel Funds in cash by withdrawal from ATMs and/or ascertain information as to the balance/s on the Card at ATMs or make payments at Merchant Establishments through POS terminals where MasterCard Prepaid cards are accepted.
- By signing the back of the Card, or by using the Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any modifications thereto. The Card must be signed before use. You must give these conditions to the user of the Card if that is not you. The Card remains the Bank’s property and is not transferable.
- The Card is not a credit card and nor is it linked to a deposit account with the Bank. Some merchants may choose not to accept the use of the Card for any reason whatsoever and Bank shall not be responsible for the same nor should be responsible in respect of goods or items supplied.
- The bank shall not be responsible/ liable for failure of any ATM to dispense cash or if the card holder is unable to withdraw cash for any reason whatsoever or if unable to avail the facility.
- Card activation will happen automatically (usually within 24 hours of Card purchase) for cards purchased from a branch of the Bank. Cards purchased via other methods may need to be activated at www.centprepaid.cardbranch.com (‘Website’) or by calling a Card Activation number as mentioned in the Welcome Kit.
- For a refund of the Travel Funds, the Cardholder shall surrender the Card to the Bank at any time during the validity of the Card (provided that the refund is sought on a day which falls at least 10 calendar days after the day on which the last Transaction using the relevant Card was completed) and complete the refund request documents, as prescribed by Bank, along with copy of the Cardholder’s passport, and such other documents as required by Bank. The refund shall be made in Indian rupees only after deduction of Bank charges as applicable from time to time.
- Use of the Card at any unauthorized location or for any purpose other than as stated under these Terms and conditions is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the Card by Bank.
- The Card cannot be used to obtain or redeem cash and cannot be used for making direct debit, recurring, or regular instalment payments. Authorisations may be declined at some merchants (such as gambling merchants).
- Bank shall pay no interest, compensation or any benefit/bonus to the Cardholder in connection with the Travel Funds and the Travel Funds do not constitute a deposit by the Cardholder with Bank (or with any other person) nor do they entitle the Cardholder to any Overdraft/Credit facility.
LIMITS ON USE OF THE CARD
- Bank reserves the right to limit or reduce the amount of Travel Funds that may be used for effecting any Transaction through the use of the Card per day or over a specified period at any time.
- ATMs or Merchant Establishments may also limit or restrict the number or value of Transactions that may be effected through use of the Card at any time. These limitations will vary for each ATM and Merchant Establishment. Bank shall not be responsible for either ascertaining or notifying the Cardholder as to such limits or restrictions and shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the Cardholder due to these restrictions and limitations.
VALIDITY OF THE CARD
The Card is valid for a period of 2 years from the month of printing (mm/yy) and is non transferable. The validity period of the Card shall be as displayed on the Card. Card cannot be used beyond the validity period.
RELOADING THE CARD
Upon exhaustion of the Travel Funds loaded on the Card, the Cardholder can reload Travel Funds onto the Card from any authorized (designated) branch of the Bank subject to the compliance of all applicable laws, rules and regulations in force from time to time. In the event that the Cardholder wishes to reload the Card, Bank reserves the right to:- Limit the amount of Travel Funds that can be reloaded onto the Card.
- Limit the number of times funds can be reloaded onto the Card.
- Decline a reload transaction, at its sole discretion.
For the purpose of reloading the Card, Cardholder is required to complete and submit a form and provide certain information pertaining to the Cardholder/the Card, as may be required by Bank. The Travel Funds shall be reloaded in same currency in which the Card was originally issued. Amount of reload shall be strictly accordance to the limits specified by the applicable laws, rules and regulations in force from time to time.
MAXIMUM SPENDING LIMIT
Any Card issued to individual Cardholders will be subject to a maximum spending limit as specified by Bank from time to time, subject to Reserve Bank of India/bank’s own guidelines and the applicable laws, rules and regulations in force from time to time.
Bank shall not be responsible for either ascertaining or notifying the Cardholder as to such limits/restrictions and shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the Cardholder due to these restrictions, limitations or to a lack of uniformity between transactions requested at ATMs and/or Merchant Establishments.
PROHIBITION ON OBTAINING MULTIPLE CARDS
No individuals can apply for or obtain multiple Cards in single currency. In the event the Cardholder has obtained the Card at previous occasions, at any given point of time, the last of such Card as issued to the Cardholder shall be valid and active, unless cancelled or terminated by Bank.
PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER
To enable the Cardholder to use the Card, PIN will be issued to the Cardholder by Bank, which would be provided/ enclosed with the Card. In case of re-dispatch request of PIN, unless otherwise determined by Bank as to the mode of delivery of the PIN, the PIN shall be mailed to the Cardholder (at such address as has been specified in the application form for the Card) in a sealed envelope at the Cardholder’s sole risk. If in case the envelope is received by the Cardholder in a tampered condition, the Cardholder should not use the PIN, and should immediately inform Bank. Upon receipt of such intimation from the Cardholder, the Bank shall block the pin, regenerate a new PIN and mail it to the Cardholder.
Bank is entitled at its absolute discretion to change or terminate the use of the PIN at any time without giving any reason and without any prior notice thereof.
The PIN may be used at any of the authorised ATM, and may be changed by logging into the Website. The PIN (whether as originally provided or subsequently changed) by its usage together with the Card, or independently, and the transactions or instructions issued pursuant thereto, are deemed to be transactions conducted, or instructions given, by the Cardholder. The Cardholder is liable for all Card transactions effected by the use of the Card, whether with or without his knowledge or authority.
LIABILITY OF THE CARDHOLDER FOR UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS THROUGH THE CARD
The Cardholder shall bear all losses resulting from the use of the Card which also includes the situations where purportedly unauthorized transactions have been effected through the use of the Card and/or the PIN or the situations where purportedly misuse, loss and/or of the Card and/or the PIN has occurred, and such liability continues until: (i) notification to the Bank has been given of such unauthorized transactions having been effected through use of the Card and/or the PIN, and (ii) the Bank blocks the further use of the Card and/or the PIN successfully.
Such situations shall include:
- Lack of proper safeguard of the Card and/or the PIN by the Cardholder
- Having written or otherwise indicated the PIN on the Card,
- Having written or otherwise indicated the PIN on any article normally carried with or stored with the Card in any recognizable form,
- Having voluntarily disclosed the PIN to any person, or
- Having failed to maintain the security of the PIN for any reason whatsoever (and even though the recommended precautions (or other measures) may have been observed/adopted by the Cardholder)
- Delayed notification of misuse, loss, or theft of the Card and/or the PIN, (including on account of the Cardholder):
- Having written or otherwise indicated the PIN on the Card,
- Having written or otherwise indicated the PIN on any article normally carried with or stored with the Card in any recognizable form,
- Having voluntarily disclosed the PIN to any person, or
- Having failed to maintain the security of the PIN for any reason whatsoever (and even though the recommended precautions (or other measures) may have been observed/adopted by the Cardholder)
The Bank shall bear no liability for such transactions having been effected through use of the Card and/or the PIN, or the Card and/or the PIN having been otherwise misused, lost, or stolen.
RECEIPT OF FUNDS IN EXCESS OF THE TRAVEL FUNDS THAT WERE TO BE LOADED
If the Cardholder has received funds in excess of the Travel Funds, the Cardholder agrees to promptly repay the Bank any such funds upon such terms and conditions as the Bank may specify. If the Bank has grounds to believe that the Cardholder has received funds in excess of the Travel Funds requested by the Cardholder, due to any reason whatsoever (including the malfunction of an ATM, POS or other equipment, or the Bank system) the Bank will notify the same to the Cardholder and will deduct the excess funds received by the Cardholder from the Travel Funds or otherwise upon such terms and conditions as the Bank may specify.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Utilization and/or possession of the Card by the Cardholder is required to be in accordance with the applicable laws (including the Exchange Control/Foreign Exchange Management Act of India), rules, regulations and directions as issued by the Reserve Bank of India or other appropriate authority under any law in force from time to time where card is used.
- The Cardholder shall be solely responsible to the concerned authorities in event of any violation of the applicable laws, rules and regulations in force from time to time. . Bank will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising from or related to the non-compliance by Cardholder with the applicable laws, rules and regulations in force from time to time.
- In case the Card is cancelled (or its use suspended), whether on account of non-compliance with the applicable laws, rules and regulations in force from time to time or otherwise, Bank will not be responsible for any use/attempted use of the Card, resulting in the Card being dishonored or otherwise. The risk of honouring of a Card that is cancelled (and/or suspended) on its presentment is of the Cardholder in the individual capacity.
ERRORS, QUESTIONS OR COMPLAINTS
The Cardholder may check enStage Website or call the Cardholder service at 1800 102 2368 for any assistance/queries or complaints in connection with the Card or the monthly statements etc. Alternatively, the Cardholder may email enStage at [email protected]. Further, in case of complaint/s, the Cardholder should provide sufficient and correct details in writing to the Bank in order to enable the Bank to investigate and respond to the complaint or query appropriately.
DISPUTES (DEBIT TO CUSTOMER)
Any charge slip or other payment requisition purportedly signed by the Cardholder on account of use of card and received from a Merchant Establishment for payment shall be conclusive proof that the amount recorded on such charge slip or other requisition was properly incurred by the Cardholder by the use of the Card except for such charge slips or other payment requisitions which have been signed on a date subsequent to the Cardholder's notification to the Bank as to an unauthorized Transactions having been effected through use of the Card and/or the PIN having been otherwise misused, lost, or stolen(customer to receive number of blocking), and the Bank having successfully blocked such Card and/or PIN.
CARDHOLDER'S INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION
- 1. In consideration of the Bank providing the Cardholder with the Card and related facilities, the Cardholder hereby agrees to indemnify and keep the Bank indemnified from and against all actions, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, personal injury, costs (including legal costs), charges and expenses whatsoever which the Bank may at any time incur, sustain, suffer or be put to as a consequence of or by reason.
- 2. The Cardholder hereby indemnifies and agrees to hold Bank indemnified against all actions, claims and costs, charges and expenses arising out of or as a consequence of the Cardholder not complying with the applicable laws, rules and regulations in force from time to time.
CURRENCY CONVERSION PROCESS (CROSS BORDER TRANSACTION) AND RATES
The transaction on the card will be in the currency of the country in which it is transacted. However, the debits to the card holder’s will be in the currency of the card. In the event that Travel Funds are obtained in a currency other that the currency in respect of which the Card was issued, the Travel Funds will be converted to such new currency at the currency conversion rates. This would include the situation of the Cardholder obtaining Travel Funds from an ATM in a currency other than the currency in which the Card was issued. The Currency conversion rate would be the amount that will be deducted from the Travel Funds for conversion from currency of the Card to the new currency as per MASTER CARD International policy and procedures in force at the time that such a Transaction is processed.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OF BANK
Bank and/or any of its service providers shall be under no liability whatsoever to the Cardholder in respect of all actions, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, personal injury (including actual or perceived loss of reputation, defamation or the like), costs, charges and expenses whatsoever arising directly or indirectly out of:- Any use of the Card and/or PIN
- The refusal by any person or Merchant Establishments in honouring or accepting the Card
- Any ATM/ POS terminal that malfunctions or is otherwise out of order, and whether resulting in such terminal not accepting the Card and/or PIN or otherwise.
- Misuse or fraudulent use of the Card by any person including the Cardholder.
- Handing over of the Card by the Cardholder to a person other than the designated employees of Bank at Bank’s premises.
- The exercise by Bank of its right to demand and procure the surrender of the Card prior to the expiry date stated on its face.
- The re-possession/ cancellation of the Card and/or request for its return.
- Any misstatement, misrepresentation, error or omission in any details disclosed to/by Bank
- Termination, suspension, blocking or deactivation of the Card and/or access to the Travel Funds in situations where, inter alia, when it becomes necessary to determine whether any person is rightfully entitled to receive the Travel Funds or use the Card and/or for taking any other steps required by applicable law, rules and regulations or direction of any appropriate authority.
Notwithstanding any other terms to the contrary, and to the extent permitted by applicable law/regulations, in no event shall Bank (or its service providers) be liable for indirect, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage of any kind (including, but not limited to lost profits), whether or not foreseeable, even if Bank, its service providers have been advised of the likelihood of such loss or damage, and regardless of whether the claim for loss or damage is made in negligence, gross negligence, for breach of contract or otherwise; provided, however, that the foregoing shall not apply to the extent such loss or damage is caused by fraud on the part of Bank (or its service providers).
COSTS, CHARGES AND FEES
The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that all applicable costs, charges and fees in connection with the issue or usage of the Card can be deducted automatically from the Cardholder's Travel Funds.The details of the costs, charges and fees as currently in force will be made available together with these Terms and Conditions. Such costs, charges and fees are subject to change by Bank from time to time, and the latest applicable costs, charges and fees can be ascertained by contacting Cardholder service at 1800 102 2368 or at the Website.
The costs, charges and fees include issuance / refund fee / withdrawal fee and currency conversion rate and could include further or additional costs/ charges/ fees or otherwise as required by third parties / other banks which have deployed ATMs where the transaction has been done.
In a situation that the Travel Funds are not sufficient to deduct such costs/ charges/ fees, Bank reserves the right to recover the same directly from the Cardholder and/or from any accounts (including joint accounts) maintained by the Cardholder with Bank or its group companies, and further, to deny/ decline or block conduct of any further Transactions through the use of the Card.
Any statutory levy including duties or taxes payable as a result of the use of the Card shall be the Cardholder’s responsibility and if imposed on/ recovered/ sought to be recovered from Bank (either directly or indirectly), such statutory levy shall be deducted from the Travel Funds and/or recovered directly from the Cardholder and/or from any accounts (including joint accounts) maintained by the Cardholder with Bank
RIGHT TO TERMINATE/ BLOCK/ DECLINE THE USAGE OF THE CARD/ACCESS TO THE TRAVEL FUNDS
The Bank reserves the right to terminate/block/decline the usage of the Card/access to the Travel Funds, temporarily or permanently, upon the occurrence of any of the following events:- Failure to adhere to or comply with the Terms and Conditions herein.
- An event of default under any agreement or commitment (contingent or otherwise) or the like entered into with Bank
- The Cardholder becoming subject to any bankruptcy, insolvency proceeding or proceedings of a similar nature.
- Demise of the Cardholder.
- When it becomes necessary to determine whether any person is rightfully entitled to receive the Travel Funds/ use the Card and/or for taking any other steps required by applicable law, rules and regulations or direction of any appropriate authority.
- Changes in applicable law, regulations and rules for the time being in force as well as changes in internal policy requirements of the bank and/or its arrangements with its service providers
GOVERNING LAW
The laws of India govern these Terms and Conditions as also the use of the Card by the Cardholder subject however to the Cardholder being subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations of India or such other country occasioned by use of the Card outside India. The Parties hereby agree that any claim, legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms and Conditions for the Card instituted by the Cardholder (and/or any persons claiming through or under the Cardholder) shall be exclusively brought in the courts or tribunals at Bangalore in India and the Parties irrevocably submit themselves to the jurisdiction of such courts and tribunals in Bangalore, India.
MISCELLANEOUS
The Bank reserves the right to offer Cardholder certain facilities, memberships and services at such fees and on such terms and conditions as it may deem fit. Notwithstanding anything contained, the Bank reserves the right to waive or reduce the fees and to withdraw such benefit at any time with prior notice and without liability to the Cardholder. Any termination of Card membership, because of a violation of this agreement, shall result automatically in the termination of such facilities and services. The Bank shall not be liable, in any way, to the Cardholder, in case of defect or breach in the performance of carrying out such facilities, memberships or services or the non-performance thereof, whether by the Bank, or Merchant Establishment or any other third party.
CHANGING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Bank reserves the right to change, at any time, these Terms and Conditions, features and benefits offered on the Travel Card including, without limitation to, changes which affect existing balances, charges or rates and methods of calculation.

The Central Bank of India MasterCard General Purpose Card (‘Card’) is issued to you by Central Bank of India (‘Bank’). In these conditions (‘you’) are the Card purchaser or user.

If the Card expires or is revoked before you have spent any funds resulting from a refund (whether or not the original transaction being refunded was made using the Card) then you will have no access to those funds

Central Bank of India MasterCard Virtual Card Terms and Conditions
The Virtual Card (the 'Card') is issued by Central Bank of India (‘Bank’). In these conditions ‘you’ are the Card purchaser or user.
enStage Software Pvt. Ltd. (‘enStage’) as the authorised representative of Central Bank of India, has developed and promoted the Card in conjunction with Central Bank of India. If you acquire the Card you will have a contract with the Central Bank of India.
- By creating the card at http://centprepaid.cardbranch.com (‘Website’) or using the Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The Card is a prepaid MasterCard that can be used for purchasing goods and services wherever MasterCard is accepted and a physical card is not required to complete the purchase (for example over the internet, by phone or mail order). The Card is not a credit card.
- You can use the Card as often as you like, provided that you do not exceed the available balance and the expiry date for the Card has not passed.
- The Card is not reloadable. You can only add funds at the time the Card is purchased. The Card is valid until the expiry date which is provided to you at the time of activation. At expiry, the remaining balance on the Card will be forfeited. You may be provided email notice before 15 days of card expiry.
- You cannot merge funds from two or more Cards or transfer funds from one Card to another.
- You will first need to register an account at the website in order to create a Card. You agree to provide true, accurate and current information about yourself during account registration. In addition, a valid Indian mobile phone and a working email address are required to register an account on the website and therefore create a Card.
- Your virtual card image with 16-digit MasterCard card number, Card expiry date and 3-digit CVV2 security code will be provided via a secure page on the website. The card details will also be made available on the customer portal, so that you can view the card details and transaction details as and when required.
- The Card cannot be used for making direct debit, recurring or regular instalment style payments. Nor can the Card be used to obtain or redeem cash. The Card cannot be used at ATMs or for any purchases where a physical card is required to authorise the purchase transaction. The Card cannot be used for, and authorisation may be declined without notice for, any illegal transactions.
- When using the Card with some online merchants (such as hotels, rental cars, restaurants, cruise ships) or for mail order purchases, Card “tolerance limits” may apply. This means that the merchant may obtain an authorisation or approval on the Card for an amount more than the total bill (or anticipated bill) to cover additional items such as tips and incidentals or to ensure that adequate funds are available to cover the final purchase. The entire amount of the authorisation or approval will be debited and will not form part of the available balance until the authorisation or approval clears, although only the amount actually spent or authorised will be finally deducted from the available balance after the authorisation or approval clears.
- You should treat your Card details like cash. It cannot be replaced if misused or stolen.
- We may restrict or stop the use of your Card if excessive use of the Card or other suspicious activities are noticed. The Card remains the property of Central Bank of India.
- You are responsible for all transactions on your Card, except where there has been fraud or negligence by our staff; companies involved in networking arrangements; or merchants who are linked to the electronic funds transfer system or of their agents or employees. If you permit someone else to use your Card, you will be responsible for any transactions initiated by that person with your Card. If you notice any error relating to your Card, you should notify Cardholder Services immediately on 1800 102 2368 or write to us at [email protected]. or contact the Website.
- You cannot “stop payment” on any transaction after it has been completed. If you have a problem with a purchase made with your Card, or a dispute with a merchant, you must deal directly with the merchant involved. If you cannot resolve the dispute with the merchant, you can contact us via the Website or notify Cardholder Services immediately on 1800 102 2368 or write to us at [email protected].
- If you are entitled to a refund for any reason relating to a Card transaction, you agree to accept the refund under the policy of that specific merchant. Refunds may be in the form of a credit to the Card, cash refund or in-store credit.
- We are not liable in any way when authorisation is declined for any particular transaction regardless of reason.
- You are responsible for checking your transaction history online and knowing your available balance. You agree not to make or attempt to make transactions that exceed the Available Balance. You can view your balance and transaction history at the Website.
- A foreign exchange conversion fee applies to transactions in any currency other than Indian Rupee. This will be included in the total transaction amount debited to your Card.
- Any fees applicable will be deducted directly from the available Card balance.

- We may use service providers or agents to perform any function under the agreement and to legally exercise any or all of our rights.
- You understand and give your consent for disclosure of information to enStage about your Card, or transactions made with your Card, whenever allowed by law, required by law, and also where necessary to operate the Card, process transactions, to perform direct marketing of additional products and services, and to perform analysis to improve products and services, and your consent is deemed to have been given for the same, where required.
